Rubi Auto Solutions HVAC/R Leak Sealer – 15 mL / 0.5 fl oz
Rubi Auto Solutions HVAC/R Leak Sealer is designed to locate and seal micro leaks in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Once introduced into the system, the formula circulates with the refrigerant and oil. When the sealer reaches a leak and is exposed to the outside environment, the change in pressure and temperature causes a seal to begin forming at the leak site until it is sealed.
One 15 mL (0.5 fl oz) syringe treats systems up to 2 tons / approximately 24,000 BTU/hr, or can be used for one vehicle A/C system.

How It Works
After the leak sealer is injected into the system, it circulates with the refrigerant and oil. When the product reaches a micro leak and becomes exposed to the outside environment, the drop in pressure and temperature causes the sealing material to form at the leak location.
HVAC / A/C System Instructions
Turn the air-conditioning system on and set it to the lowest temperature.
Locate the charging port and connect the cartridge.
Pump down the refrigerant in the external unit.
Introduce the solution into the system.
Reopen the valve.
Disconnect the cartridge from the external unit.
Run the A/C system in this condition for at least 30 minutes.
Automotive A/C Instructions
Start the vehicle engine.
Turn the air conditioning on and set it to the lowest temperature.
Connect the syringe to the appropriate adapter and connect the adapter to the low-side A/C charging port.
Introduce the solution into the vehicle A/C system.
Keep the vehicle accelerator engaged while introducing the product.
Run the vehicle A/C system for at least 30 minutes after application.
Important: The system should be vacuumed before injection. According to the packaging, the product should be injected under negative pressure and is applicable to micro-leakage of approximately 0.3 mm.
Storage Warning: Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
